3.1 Print-on-Demand Services: Our products are fulfilled through third-party providers, including Printful. Each item is custom-made upon order.

3.2 Product Availability: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3.3 Designs and Intellectual Property: All designs and content on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Marrow Couture. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without express permission.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing: Prices are listed in [currency] and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

5.3 International Shipping: Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

6.2 Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Additional Shipping and Return Information: 6.3.1 Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

6.3.2 Return Address: The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.

6.3.3 Wrong Address: If you or your customer provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

6.3.4 Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your customer (if applicable). If you have not registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, any unclaimed returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense without issuing a refund.

6.3.5 Sealed Goods: Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You agree that any returned orders containing face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

6.3.6 Returned by Customer: It is advisable to direct your customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, including face masks and size exchanges, are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you must place a new order at your expense for the replacement item. Customers residing in Brazil must contact Customer Service within seven consecutive days of receiving the item to request a return, subject to specific conditions outlined by law.

6.3.7 EU Consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Printful reserves the right to refuse such returns at its sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 As-Is Basis: Our website and products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marrow Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Marrow Couture harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or violation of these Terms.
